Service
GameFreelancers, operated by Santorian Ltd, provides tools for sourcing talent and managing game-production projects, reviews, files, feedback, and approvals.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and ensuring that people you invite or share review links with are authorised to access the relevant material.
Project content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the service. You must have the rights required to upload and share it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or malicious material, interfere with other users, or use public forms and email features for spam.
Production engagements
Scope, pricing, ownership, delivery, revisions, and cancellation terms for paid production work are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, or project agreement.
Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Santorian Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
We may suspend access where necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or material breach.
