Who we are
GameFreelancers is operated by Santorian Ltd. This policy explains how we process information when you use our website and production workspace.
Information we process
We process account details, project and workspace content, files, feedback, approvals, and support messages that you choose to provide. We also receive limited technical and usage information needed to secure, operate, and improve the service.
Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication, database and file storage; Vercel for hosting; Resend for transactional email; and PostHog and Google Analytics for privacy-limited analytics. We do not intentionally send project files, private messages, comment text, or invoice data to analytics providers.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service, route project access, communicate about production, prevent abuse, maintain security, and understand product performance.
Retention and sharing
Information is retained while needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. It is shared only with authorised project participants, service providers acting for us, or where required by law. Shared review links expose only the selected review package.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through workspace support. Analytics and cookies may also be controlled through your browser and any consent controls presented by the service.
Security
We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep shared links and account credentials private.
