Refund and Cancellation Policy

Project work
Cancellation, revision, milestone, and refund terms for production work follow the proposal, statement of work, or project agreement accepted for that engagement.
Work already completed
Amounts covering approved milestones, delivered work, committed talent time, or non-recoverable costs are generally not refundable unless the applicable agreement says otherwise.
Billing concerns
Raise billing concerns through workspace support as soon as possible. We will review the project record and applicable agreement and respond with the available resolution.
